starting

I recently germinated a couple seeds by putting them in a damp wash cloth in a ziploc bag for about five days. To my surprise when i checked the bag i found one seed in perticular that already had a five inch long stem. Where should I go from here. I don't know whether i should grow it indoors or outdoors.
