Stupid Question, Easy Answer

I started using a little later in life (therefore I wasn't smoking when all the 16 year olds picked up the lingo) so I've never had the courage to ask my friends the following question: "What is the difference in kind bud and/or chronic as compared to the good bud I get from my neighbor?"
