seeds in the mail

i wonder what the real risk of buying seeds through the mail
really is? seems to be big buissiness? how can they detect
seeds in the mail?i don't think dogs can smell seeds, maybe
i'm wrong? i can't get high quality seeds on the street,so
i thought about ordering some through the mail. i heard
bad things about Marc Emery,any advice? anyone know of anyone
who's been busted for getting seeds in the mail and how that
happen? someone told me customs just won't let the package
through,if it's a small deal? feed back baby feed back!!!!!!!!
