leaf curling up

I have a little problem with my girls.

The edges of the leaves are curling up while the leaves remain perfectly green.
Do you know what this is caused by and what I could do ?

Also some others plants have yellow tips on the leaves but the edges are OK.
Same question , what is that and what should I do ?
